MEET MOMMA

Millie is a purebred Great Pyrenees.  She came to us from Kansas to be a livestock guardian dog here at the farm.  Her instincts are incredible.  She is kind and loving to our animals and visitors, patrols pasture borders and hangs with the herd.  Millie will often be the farm greeter and meet you at your car for your visit.  

MEET PAPA

Howard is a purebred Bernese Mountain Dog.  He came to us from Pennsylvania.  He is our 3rd BMD.  Howard is the perfect dog.  He is smart, loving, gentle, a true guardian and loves Millie!  Howard is the first one out in the morning to patrol the grounds and give the pasture a safety sweep before the barnyard is opened up.  Howard takes his job very seriously and will often refuse to come in until he is absolutely certain that everything is secure.  Howard keeps guard at the gate and will definitely be part of your visit to the farm.

  Our Dwarf Nigerian Goats all come from Rise and Shine Acres in Wisconsin.  They are herd tested, disbudded, will be banded and have current vaccinations before they go to their forever homes. The baby boys come here to learn the posh posh life. They are bottle fed and nurtured with daily socialization and playtime from both humans and the farmily.
